You can open a virtual Collection account from your Wallex dashboard once you have been onboarded. It takes only seconds to create a virtual Collection account. Please note that this applies only to selected currencies.

This depends on the type of channel your sender chooses. Transfers made via the Local channel can be completed in minutes, while those made via wire transfer can take a business day or more.
